Microsoft Power Automate

Responsibilities:

• Workflow Automation Design:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process automation requirements
• Design efficient and scalable workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate
• Power Automate Development:Develop and implement Power Automate flows, connectors, and custom actions
• Utilize Power Automate templates and create custom solutions to address specific business needs
• Integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365:Integrate Power Automate workflows seamlessly with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Leverage Power Automate for integration with Dynamics 365 CRM and other Microsoft platforms
• Data Transformation and Manipulation:Design data transformations and manipulations within Power Automate flows
• Implement data validation and error-handling mechanisms
• Testing and Debugging:Conduct thorough testing of Power Automate flows to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing flows and implement improvements
• Security and Compliance:Implement security measures and adhere to compliance standards when designing and developing Power Automate solutions
• Ensure data privacy and protection in automated workflows
• Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Power Automate workflows, including specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
• Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable by relevant stakeholders
• Training and Support:Provide training to end-users on utilizing Power Automate solutions
• Offer support and troubleshooting assistance for users encountering issues with automated workflows
