Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, integrating, administering, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Maintain and enhance existing Copilot Studio solutions.
• Implement security best practices, including role-based access, secure authentication, and DLP policies.
• Handle application support, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ticket resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure application stability.
• Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Agile development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Administration.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, APIs, custom connectors, and application integrations.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Experience in production support, incident prioritization, and root cause analysis.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
