Microsoft Power Platform Developer (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business applications using Microsoft PowerApps to support internal workflows and customer solutions.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate data from various systems such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, and APIs .
• Support the development of low-code solutions that help companies manage real estate data, documents, and operational processes more efficiently.
• Collaborate with consultants and data specialists to translate business requirements into digital workflows and applications .
• Assist in testing, debugging, and improving existing PowerApps solutions.
• Document applications, workflows, and technical solutions to ensure transparency and maintainability.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal tools and digital processes.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field .
• First experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) or strong interest in learning low-code development.
• Basic knowledge of data structures, APIs, or databases is an advantage.
• Interest in business process automation and digital transformation .
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English is required. German is a plus but not mandatory.
