Job Purpose

To safeguard organisational data and systems by implementing, managing, and monitoring security controls across Microsoft Office 365 and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage identity and access controls across Microsoft 365 services
• Configure and monitor data protection, threat protection, and compliance features within Office 365
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and alerts
• Conduct regular security reviews and recommend improvements to reduce risk
• Maintain security policies aligned with organisational and regulatory requirements
• Support audits and reporting on the organisation's Microsoft security posture

Requirements

• Certification: Certified: Security Administrator Associate
• Minimum experience: 5 years
• Demonstrable experience: Microsoft security and protecting data within Office 365 services

Key Skills & Competencies

• Solid grounding in Microsoft 365 security and compliance tooling
• Experience with identity protection, conditional access, and data loss prevention
• Strong analytical and incident-response capability
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management
