Work Mode: Shift-based (24x7 global IT operations)

About the Role:

We are looking for an M365 Analyst to support and manage the Microsoft 365 environment. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, handling M365 operations, and improving support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment .
• Handle issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams .
• Troubleshoot and resolve M365 technical issues.
• Manage service requests, maintenance and deployments.
• Support Microsoft 365 licensing and Entra ID .
• Work with internal teams and Microsoft Support to resolve complex issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Support and guide users/teams on Microsoft 365 applications.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 .
• Good knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams .
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 licensing.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts .

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT preferred.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900 / MS-700 are preferred.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
