Data Analyst - Pharmaceutical Analytics & MDM (Remote - LATAM)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with deep expertise in the pharmaceutical sector and Master Data Management (MDM) and Microstrategy reporting. You will turn complex healthcare and commercial pharma data into actionable insights, build robust reporting dashboards, and ensure high data integrity to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for commercial pharma metrics.
• Manage, cleanse, and govern pharma Master Data Management (MDM) datasets (e.g., HCP/HCO data, prescription trends, sales channels).
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple pharma data sources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear data metrics and visual reports.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry .
• Core Tech: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI (DAX, data modeling, reporting).
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of pharma data analytics (IMS/IQVIA data, prescription audits, sales tracking) and MDM principles .
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate remotely across time zones.
• Location: Remote from any location in LATAM with stable internet connectivity and English proficiency.
