MicroStrategy (MSTR) Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.
• Create schema objects, metrics, filters, and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with business users to understand reporting requirements.
• Develop and optimize BI solutions for performance and usability.
• Support report deployment and production maintenance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2-8 years of MicroStrategy development experience.
• Strong SQL and reporting skills.
• Experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics projects.
• Good knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience with dashboard development and report optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
