GECO Philippines is Hiring: Mid Finance Applications Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Mid Finance Applications Analyst to support finance applications, sales reporting, and master data processes. You'll work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, resolve issues, and support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support finance and reporting applications.
• Validate and reconcile sales and financial data.
• Maintain customer, product, and pricing master data.
• Investigate and resolve data and reporting issues.
• Coordinate with IT and data teams on system-related concerns.
• Support reporting activities and ensure data consistency.
• Assist with testing, documentation, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in application support, reporting, finance systems, or related roles.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• SQL querying experience.
• Exposure to BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with SAP environments, SAP BO, or SAP BW.
• Exposure to Databricks through work experience, training, certifications, or hands-on projects.
• Experience with ERP systems and master data management.
