Job Description – Mid-Level Accountant

Position: Mid-Level Accountant
Experience: 5–8 Years
CTC: ₹6–8 LPA
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Industry: Food / Trading / Import-Export

Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Accounts professional with experience in accounting, banking operations, import/export transactions and bank-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.

· Handle bank receipts, payments, online banking and Bank Reconciliation.

· Manage customer/vendor ledger reconciliation and outstanding follow-up.

· Handle Import/Export accounting and documentation, including BOE, invoices, packing lists and import payments.

· Prepare and maintain landed cost sheets including customs duty, freight and other import expenses.

· Coordinate with banks for CC/OD, working capital and loan-related documentation.

· Maintain loan schedules, interest details and bank records.

· Handle GST, TDS and RCM-related accounting and reconciliations.

· Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks and auditors.

· Assist in month-end/year-end closing and finalization.

· Prepare MIS, ageing, outstanding and other management reports.

Candidate Profile:

· 5–8 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.

· Strong knowledge of Tally Prime & Advanced Excel.

· Good exposure to Banking & Bank Reconciliation.

· Experience in Import/Export accounting.

· Exposure to Bank Loan / CC / OD documentation.

· Knowledge of GST, TDS & RCM.

· Food / Trading / Import-Export / Logistics experience preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
