Position Overview:

We are seeking someone with strong design sensibility, technical capability, and experience working across architectural and interior projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our design team from concept development through to design documentation and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed drawings.
• Produce and coordinate design documentation and technical drawings.
• Prepare presentations, drawings, and materials for client meetings.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Assist with material and finish selections.
• Review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Support projects from concept and design development through construction and completion.
• Participate in client and project coordination meetings when required.
• Manage multiple tasks and project deadlines effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong architectural design and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Rhino and AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and detailing.
• Strong visual, verbal, and collaborative skills
• A candidate must be Thai-citizen or have a work permit in Thailand
• English speaking and understanding are strongly required.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience working on international, hospitality, commercial, or high-end design projects is an advantage.
