Mid-Level Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and review working drawings and construction documentation.
• Develop architectural designs in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and client expectations.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in design development and provide practical architectural solutions to project requirements.
• Prepare architectural details, schedules, specifications, and other project documentation as required.
• Review drawings and design submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
• Conduct site visits when required and coordinate with site teams to ensure design intent is properly implemented.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents where required.
• Ensure project drawings and documentation are maintained according to company standards and project requirements.
• Support senior project leads in managing design deliverables and meeting project deadlines.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects and architectural staff when required.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned architectural deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project documentation.
• Must have PCATP registration no.

Required Software Skills

• AutoCAD – Advanced
• Revit Architecture – Strong working knowledge
• SketchUp – Good working knowledge
• Microsoft Office – Working knowledge

Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other architectural visualization software will be considered an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can independently handle architectural deliverables, understands both the design and technical sides of architecture, and can effectively coordinate with a multidisciplinary project team.

The ideal candidate should be able to take direction from senior team members while also taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering work with minimal supervision.
