Mid-Level Automotive Technician

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Automotive Technician. The ideal candidate will have hands-on automotive repair experience, strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.I n this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer and dealership standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, and other automotive repairs.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately identify additional service needs.Follow Toyota manufacturer specifications, repair procedures, and safety standards.
• Use diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Document all work performed and communicate findings clearly through repair orders.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Stay current with new automotive technologies, diagnostic procedures, and technical updates.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support the dealership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of automotive systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Good understanding of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to accurately follow technical instructions and repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Toyota or other manufacturer certification is a plus.

Pay: $38.46 - $57.69 per hour
