Mid-Level Billing Cum Contractor Engineer

Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity estimates, rate analysis, and cost estimates.

Prepare and check Contractor RA Bills, final bills, and work completion bills.

Take site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).

Verify contractor bills against approved drawings, BOQ, and actual site measurements.

Monitor site progress, manpower, and contractor performance.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project/site teams.

Track material requirements, consumption, and material reconciliation.

Read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.

Monitor execution of RCC, structural steel, masonry, flooring, and finishing works.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and billing statements.

Support cost control, quantity tracking, and project documentation.

Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
