Mid Level Business Process Designer

About the role

We're looking for a Mid Level Business Process Designer to join our team in Metro Manila on a contract basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency and support organizational objectives. This position sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology implementation, making it instrumental in helping our clients and internal teams achieve their digital transformation goals. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments to understand current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable process solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Design comprehensive business process models using industry-standard notation and tools (such as BPMN, UML, and flowcharting methodologies)
• Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather requirements and document current and future state processes
• Develop detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides
• Collaborate with systems analysts and IT teams to ensure designed processes are technically feasible and aligned with organizational systems
• Create business cases and process improvement recommendations with clear metrics for success and ROI analysis
• Support the implementation of process changes, including user training and change management activities
• Monitor and evaluate process performance against defined KPIs and recommend ongoing refinements
• Maintain process documentation and ensure it remains current as business requirements evolve

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of experience in business process design, business analysis, or process improvement roles
• Proficiency with business process modeling tools such as BPMN 2.0, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex business challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Experience working in agile or collaborative team environments
• Preferred: Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), exposure to digital transformation initiatives, or familiarity with process automation technologies
