Mid-level Cloud Platform Engineer | Supero Outsourcing

We are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team and work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment. This professional will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining multiple Azure subscriptions and global applications, while also contributing to the development of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.

The role involves both engineering and operations activities, including project work and incident support, in close collaboration with data, development, and business teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design, build, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform (IaaS and PaaS);
• Handle incident resolution (via ServiceNow), ensuring SLA compliance;
• Create and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, playbooks, runbooks, and best practices);
• Support internal teams with guidance on application architecture and design;
• Ensure efficient, scalable, and secure environments.

What experience we expect from you:

• Experience with Azure services, including:

• Resource Manager, VMs/Scale Sets, Storage (Blob/Files), and Networking (VNets, NSG, Load Balancer, App Gateway, DNS, Private Link)

• Experience with Windows or Linux administration;

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS);

• Experience with Terraform;

• At least intermediate English (B2) for reading, writing, and communication with the global team you will be part of.

Nice to have:

• Experience with BICEP and/or ARM Templates;
• Knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions – YAML);
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible);
• Familiarity with Kafka, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch;
• Scripting skills (Bash, Shell, or PowerShell).
