Job Summary:
Next Engineering Consultant is seeking a Mid-Level Concept Design Architect. The Mid-Level Concept Architectural Engineer is responsible for supporting the development of innovative architectural concepts for a variety of projects, including high-rise buildings as well as leading small projects. The role focuses on producing high-quality design outputs, meeting strict deadlines, and contributing to creative and technically sound solutions within a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and support conceptual architectural designs from initial brief to early design stages.

· Handle & lead the process of planning, execution, and delivery of small projects when required.

· Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet project requirements.

· Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.

· Utilize design software to create compelling visual and technical outputs.

· Support coordination with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

· 8 years of relevant experience within the UAE.

· Experience working on concept design stages.

· Proficiency in Arabic (is a must) & English.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.

· High-performance mindset with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Adobe Suite & Microsoft Suite especially Excel.

· Proficiency in 3D Max for 3D modeling and visualization such as SketchUp, V-Ray, and Vantage (for 3D mid-level engineers & AutoCAD for 2D engineers).

· Good presentation and communication skills.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD.
