Mid-Level Enterprise Software Sales Executive

Experience: 3–6 years
Location: Karachi
Salary: Up to PKR 250,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant local software sales experience.
• Proven track record of selling software products, solutions or technology services in Pakistan.
• Strong experience conducting face-to-face client meetings and local sales visits.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Experience managing clients from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Extremely fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Professional, confident and polished client-facing communication.
• Strong educational background from a recognized institution(SZABIST ,KASBIT,IoBM,IBA are highly preferred)
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with internal technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery.

We are particularly interested in candidates who combine strong local software-sales experience, excellent English communication, professional client handling, and proven face-to-face sales ability.
