MID-LEVEL FRONTEND ENGINEER (ANGULAR)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer with strong Angular and TypeScript experience to build and maintain the Bank's back-office portal used by Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams. The role will involve developing customer and account management, approvals, teller operations, transfers, fraud review, and reporting workflows on an Angular-based Mifos platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and extend the Angular back-office portal based on the Mifos web application.
• Develop forms, tables, dashboards, and multi-step banking workflows.
• Build client and account management, maker-checker, teller, transfer, fraud review, and reporting interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Implement role-based access and audit-friendly interfaces.
• Work closely with internal users to improve operational workflows.
• Write frontend tests and participate in code reviews.
• Support production troubleshooting and frontend improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development experience with 2+ years of Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience building forms, tables, and multi-step workflows against REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of RxJS and state management.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and frontend testing.
• Mifos web-app or community-app experience is an advantage.
• Banking or fintech back-office experience is an advantage.
• Angular Material, Playwright, or Cypress experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 per month
