About the Role

We're looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to help develop, enhance, and maintain a cloud-based management portal and application.

You'll work across frontend and backend development using React, Node.js/NestJS and TypeScript, while also working with databases and supporting the application's cloud environment.

You'll work closely with the team and internal stakeholders to build new features, improve existing functionality, troubleshoot issues, and deliver secure and reliable solutions that support business operations.

This role is suited to a developer who can work independently on assigned features and technical tasks while collaborating with the wider team on more complex development and architecture decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience, with hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React or a similar modern frontend framework.
• Experience building backend applications using Node.js, NestJS, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as EC2, RDS, and S3.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerised application environments.
• Understanding of authentication, authorisation, validation, and web security practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across frontend and backend applications.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and features while collaborating with the wider development team.
• Good communication skills.
