Full Stack Developer for Operational Mission Support

Join Neural Solutions to support operational mission tools and workflows as part of an advanced team at Columbia, MD. You will work closely with analysts, operators, and developers to improve workflow automation and develop web applications that enhance analytic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide dataflow expertise through development and process improvement.
• Expand on existing workflow automation efforts.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with full stack development, particularly web development.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge of customer cross-domain solutions.
• Able to solicit and apply user feedback effectively.
• Development experience in a Linux environment.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).
• Background in AI assisted development.

Nice To Have

• Programming proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
• Experience deploying open-source tools at agencies.
• Familiarity with Svelte, OpenTelemetry, or OpenObserve.
• Knowledge of signals intelligence collection and analysis systems.
• Expertise in dataflow engineering.
• Able to administer Linux environments.
• Experience with cert-based cryptography.

Experience Required: 8 years with Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or 12 years without degree

Location: Columbia, MD

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required

Salary Range: $148,000 - $177,000
