Mid-Level IT Business Analyst

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related field
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business requirements experience.
• At least 3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in Financial Services.
• Experience with the following applications/tools desirable: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, ERP solutions, Oracle EBS, and SSRS.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis).
• Exposure to wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
• Experience with project management products and processes, requirements management tools and processes, etc.
• Able to work effectively in fast-paced Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, either independently or as part of a team.
