Job Summary We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Java Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React/Angular, SQL, and cloud technologies .

The developer will work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other developers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and have a strong understanding of both backend and frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js or Angular.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards.
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
• Participate in application design, architecture discussions, and technical reviews.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and improve application quality.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Follow secure coding practices and enterprise development standards.
• Document technical designs, APIs, workflows, and application functionality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Selected Candidate Will Typically

• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint activities.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
• Develop new Java/Spring Boot backend services.
• Build or enhance React/Angular frontend components.
• Develop and consume REST APIs.
• Work with SQL databases and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Write unit tests and integration tests.
• Review code submitted by team members.
• Debug production and development issues.
• Participate in deployments and release activities.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams.
• Update technical documentation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on full-stack engineer who can independently handle development tasks across both the frontend and backend.

Candidates should have strong Java/Spring Boot experience and be comfortable working with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience with microservices, REST APIs, SQL, Git, Agile development, and cloud environments is highly preferred.
