Mid-Level Litigation Associate | Los Angeles or San Francisco

A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its California litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters while continuing to develop substantive litigation experience and take on increasing responsibility.

The practice handles a broad range of complex commercial disputes , including class actions and other high-stakes litigation involving companies across industries such as technology, financial services, consumer products, entertainment, and other sectors.

The Role: Associates work closely with experienced litigators on all stages of complex litigation matters, with responsibilities that may include:

• Conducting legal research and drafting substantive motions, briefs, and other pleadings
• Managing written discovery
• Preparing for and/or participating in depositions
• Assisting with hearings, arbitrations, and trials
• Working directly with clients and contributing to case strategy
• Taking on increasing ownership of matters as experience progresses

Candidates should have:

• Approximately 3–6 years of litigation experience in a biglaw firm
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials
