Mid Level Project Manager

Qualifications:

Demonstrated understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and stakeholder management. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with several years of experience leading or supporting business and technology-related initiatives. Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving results in complex environments is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, organization, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively across teams, and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and managing competing priorities. Experience operating within matrixed organizations is preferred.

General understanding of technology solutions and their application to business processes. Familiarity with project management tools, productivity software, and standard business applications. Ability to quickly learn new processes, products, services, and vendor management practices as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized initiatives that support organizational objectives.
• Contribute to larger projects by managing key workstreams, deliverables, or stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate communication, track progress, identify risks, and help ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement efforts.
