Job Summary

We are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python development, backend engineering, API development, debugging, testing, and system integrations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on software projects across the development lifecycle and have a strong understanding of Python frameworks, libraries, data structures, and algorithms.

The candidate will work closely with technical teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable Python code.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and web services.
• Work with Python frameworks and libraries based on project requirements.
• Implement business logic and backend functionalities.
• Work on third-party API and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Identify and fix performance and reliability issues.
• Apply knowledge of data structures and algorithms to develop efficient solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Work with databases and write efficient queries as required.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions, requirement analysis, and solution design.
• Support application deployment and production issues when required.
• Maintain technical documentation related to applications and integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Good knowledge of Python frameworks and libraries such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in backend development.
• Experience developing REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with API/system integrations.
• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Django /Flask / FastAPI.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL,MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Experience working with third-party APIs and external integrations.
