Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a focus on backend or full-stack development
• Proven experience designing and implementing APIs, services, and cloud-based applications
• Ability to develop and review high-quality code, make architecture decisions, and deliver functional MVPs or proof of concepts
• Experience working with privacy requirements, including privacy-by-design principles and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or APPI
• Strong communication skills suited for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver the MVP for a global connected vehicle privacy platform, including backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Lead technical development of privacy-related features such as consent management, data controls, and rights workflows
• Collaborate with privacy experts to translate regulations and requirements into software solutions
• Define scalable architecture that supports mobile applications, customer portals, connected vehicle services, and regional deployments
• Apply secure development practices, document design decisions, and identify technical risks
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate technical feasibility and ensure compliance
