Mid-Senior Software Engineer

Your Responsibilities

As part of one of our cross-functional and international teams you will:

• Implement integration and/or process automation scenarios using a variety of technologies , including MuleSoft , microservices or message queues, etc.

• Develop microservices as part of the ERP landscape .

• Technically design and implement requirements in collaboration with the software architects.

• Here you will not only write code: you will also analyze the problem and contribute with your ideas to implement the solution, design the architecture and improve processes.

• Ensure software quality, testing and documentation.

Your Qualifications

• Solid experience with C# (.NET), Java or other comparable object oriented language (technology-agnostic mindset required).

• Proven expertise in designing solutions and selecting the right technologies to meet business requirements, rather than gravitating toward familiar tools.

• Strong background in system and process integration , ideally in ERP-related or internal business processes .

• Interest in exploring and mastering the MuleSoft ecosystem (prior experience is beneficial).

• Knowledge and experience with AI-assisted development is highly valuable.

• Knowledge of Microservices , REST/SOAP APIs , and SQL/NoSQL databases .

• Familiarity with Kubernetes , AWS , DevOps practices and observability tools ( Grafana, Application Insights) .

• Comfortable with collaborative methodologies such as Pair Programming/Mob Programming .

• Team-oriented with value stream and customer oriented mindset .

• University degree or higher vocational training in computer science with practical experience (5-10 years).

• Fluent in English ( C1/C2 ).

• German language is a big plus but not required.
