Mid-Senior Windows Sysadmin

Requirements

• Professional experience in Windows and Linux Systems Administration .
• Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, particularly versions 2019, 2022 and/or 2025.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server environments .
• Professional experience with VMware vCenter in complex environments .
• Experience with software deployment and infrastructure industrialization tools, particularly SCCM/MECM.
• Experience with clustering technologies and SAN storage solutions.
• Experience implementing and migrating storage solutions, preferably NetApp (SAN/NAS).
• Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and operational improvements .
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Intermediate knowledge of networking, network protocols, firewalls and load balancing solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools, preferably Zabbix.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly incident, problem and change management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies and work effectively in multicultural teams.
• Availability for occasional weekend technical support and work on public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for Windows Server environments.
• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems.
• Manage incidents, problems and change requests in accordance with ITIL processes.
• Troubleshoot servers, VMware virtualization environments and infrastructure components.
• Implement, configure and maintain virtualization platforms, clusters and SAN/NAS storage solutions.
• Participate in NetApp storage implementation and migration projects.
• Install and deploy physical servers, applications, updates and patches using SCCM/MECM.
• Develop, maintain and improve PowerShell scripts and other automation tools.
• Monitor infrastructure systems using enterprise monitoring tools, preferably Zabbix.
• Coordinate planned technical operations and infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Analyse technical issues, identify operational risks and escalate incidents when necessary.
• Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure services within the team's scope.
• Ensure infrastructure assets remain operational and properly maintained.
• Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), operational standards and service quality requirements.
• Implement and follow security best practices and Group infrastructure standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and support guidelines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and other stakeholders to ensure service continuity and operational efficiency.
• Participate in infrastructure-related technical interventions and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) activities when required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes, tools and services.

2x week at the office
