Middle Associate

Anggraeni and Partners is a specialized dispute resolution firm with a multidimensional approach, in providing service that covers foreseeing possible issues and managing the preemption, prevention, mitigation, and resolution of legal issues. We are looking for a Middle Associate with experience in either corporate, energy, maritime law, and/or transaction support.

Job description:

• Advise clients on corporate, commercial, energy, and/or maritime law matters;
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents;
• Support transactions, regulatory compliance, and project-related matters;
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal solutions;
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal;
• Minimum 4 (four) years of working experience, preferably have experience in handling cases related to corporate, energy, shipping, or maritime law (other fields are welcomed);
• Obtained an advocate license from PERADI;
• Strong legal drafting, research, problem-solving, and advocacy skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Able to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with partners and clients under tight deadlines;
• Willing to work from office in South Jakarta.
