Middle Data Analyst (JOIN ASAP)

Role Description The Middle Data Analyst (JOIN ASAP) will work on-site in Tangerang under a contract arrangement, supporting business and media initiatives through data-driven insights. Daily responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources, building reports and dashboards, and performing detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define metrics, interpret results, and present findings in a clear, actionable format. The Middle Data Analyst will also contribute to data modeling activities, support experiments and A/B testing, and help improve data quality and processes to enhance overall analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and solid experience in Data Analytics.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to business problems.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Modeling and working with relational and/or dimensional data structures.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL or other query languages is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, ideally within media, marketing, or technology-driven environments, is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Tangerang, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
