Permission To Succeed Education Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking for a passionate and dedicated Middle School Teacher for Grades 6-8 to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with grade 6-8 curriculum standards
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that supports student growth
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and ongoing evaluations
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of middle school students
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student performance and behavior
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions
• Implement classroom management strategies that promote respect and accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject area
• Valid Florida Teaching Certificate or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior experience teaching middle school students (Grades 6-8) preferred
• Strong knowledge of middle school curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Patient, motivating, and student-centered teaching approach
