Compensation: $18–$20 per hour (hourly, non-exempt position)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (approximately 40 hours per week)

This is a full-time hourly position. Compensation is based on actual hours worked, with opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility as you develop in the role.

Your Role

You will mentor students through their daily learning journey by:

• Guiding rather than lecturing.
• Asking powerful questions instead of giving easy answers.
• Helping students develop responsibility, perseverance, leadership, and strong character.
• Facilitating engaging Socratic discussions.
• Creating a joyful, peaceful, and respectful studio culture.
• Encouraging students to embrace challenges and take ownership of their learning.
• Building positive relationships with students, families, and fellow Guides.
• Modeling Christ-like leadership every day.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional leadership experience
• Experience mentoring, coaching, teaching, leading, or working with children or youth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to pass a background check

• Hourly position: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (approximately 40 hours per week), 1 week off (unpaid) at the end of every session (approximately every 6 weeks).
• Ongoing leadership and professional development

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
