Key Responsibilities

Middleware Administration & Operations

• Administer, configure, and maintain middleware platforms such as:

  • WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss/WildFly, Tomcat
  • Messaging systems (IBM MQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)
  • API gateways and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Apache Camel, etc.)

• Manage middleware environments across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD

• Perform installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations

• Act as Level 3 escalation for critical production issues

• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes

• Work with application, database, OS, network, and security teams to resolve complex issues

• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents
