Middleware Engineer

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Middleware / Production Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Solace and IBM MQ.
• Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proven experience supporting business-critical production environments.
• Experience with incident management, problem management and RCA.
• Experience in middleware monitoring, upgrades, deployments and testing.
• Strong understanding of messaging and middleware infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a 247 production support environment.
