Description:

Position              :- Middleware Engineer (Java, Linux, MySQL)

Experience         :- 8 Years Relevant in Middleware with JAVA & Linux

Remote

Shift Timing        :- 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST (US Coverage)

• Java Programming ( Primary )
• Linux Administration ( Primary )
• MySQL ( Primary )
• Linux scripting ( Primary)
• AMQ administration ( Secondary )
• HiveMQ administration ( Secondary )
• Python scripting  ( Good to have )
• Ansible coding ( Good to have )

Qualifications:

• Strong Java development
• Strong understanding of RedHat Linux administration and commands.
• Experience with SQL/MySQL tables
• Basic experience with RedHat AMQ 7 (Artemis) administration.
• Basic experience with HiveMQ administration and IOT messaging.
• Basic Windows and Windows server administration
• Experience creating and maintaining Grafana dashboards
• Basic experience maintaining and executing Ansible scripts.
• Working experience creating automation solutions.

Responsibilities: Middleware Application Hosting Engineer (Java / SQL / Linux / AMQ)

• Maintain/Create custom Java solutions for Middleware Messaging products.
• Maintain/Create SQL/MySQL database solutions and provide reports when requested.
• Manage high performance message integration solutions utilizing RedHat AMQ and HiveMQ
• Provide 24/7 hotline support, including weekends and holidays
• Install and configure RedHat AMQ brokers on REL9 Linux servers.
• Install and configure HiveMQ brokers on REL9 and Windows servers.
• Perform all required AMQ and HiveMQ patching and maintenance via Ansible scripting.
• Environment Performance monitoring and tuning.
• Create application specific custom Grafana dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal, Application and Architecture teams.
• Work independently on various special assignments.
• Address all security vulnerabilities with Vendor products.
• Manage and replace certificates before expiry.
• Provide Broker testing and troubleshooting assistance to Application teams.
