Middleware Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Middleware Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the run activities of Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, ensuring stability, operational excellence, and timely incident resolution;
• Production monitoring, troubleshooting, standard changes, service requests and operational documentation;
• Strengthen the team’s autonomy on Qlik operations and reinforce Kafka production support while progressively developing understanding of related Cloudera platform dependencies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in production support/middleware operations/platform operations;
• Experience in banking or critical production environments;
• Proven experience in Kafka administration or operations support;
• Experience with Qlik Replicate or similar replication/CDC technologies;
• Good understanding of production environments, monitoring, incident management, and operational procedures;
• Experience with Linux and log analysis;
• Ability to work in an L2 support model with autonomy;
• Linux administration basics
• Proficiency in English (required)

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Cloudera environment is a plus;
• Knowledge of database replication concepts.
