MIDI Mixing Staff

Platinum Karaoke is looking for a MIDI Mixing Staff to join our Research & Development team. The role is responsible for editing, mixing, and enhancing MIDI files to ensure quality music arrangements and sound output for our karaoke products.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and mix MIDI files according to required song arrangements.
• Adjust notes, chords, rhythm, melody, tempo, and instrument sounds.
• Identify and select appropriate instruments and sounds for each song.
• Balance MIDI tracks to achieve good overall sound quality.
• Review and improve MIDI files based on quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of musical arrangements.
• Coordinate with the R&D team regarding MIDI and music requirements.
• Complete assigned MIDI editing and mixing tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in playing or handling musical instruments.
• Good understanding of music theory, chords, rhythm, and melody.
• Able to identify different musical instruments and sounds.
• Basic knowledge of MIDI editing and mixing.
• Has a good ear for music and sound quality.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Can work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in MIDI editing or mixing is an advantage.
