Midlevel Insurance Defense Associate

A National Boutique Firm is looking for a midlevel associate to join their Texas Insurance Defense practice.

About the Role:

This role is well-suited to a litigator looking to build a long-term career in insurance defense, handling both first-party and third-party matters within a busy, well-resourced practice group. Attorneys are not required to work in-office, though the firm encourages new hires within reasonable distance to come in periodically during onboarding. Attorneys will need to travel for depositions, court appearances, etc.

What We're Looking For:

• Approximately 4-5 years of litigation experience (any practice area considered)

• Genuine interest in transitioning into or continuing a career in insurance defense

• Based in or near any Texas metro area

Compensation:

$150,000 - $170,000 base salary, plus billable hour bonus as well as a generous discretionary bonus
