The Role

We are urgently hiring a Mid-to-Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of our BI environment. You will go beyond basic reporting to architect scalable data models, audit existing workspaces, and lead complex data governance initiatives. You will work independently to manage concurrent projects while seamlessly integrating AI tools into your analytics workflow.

Core Responsibilities

• BI Architecture & Optimization: Audit, document, and restructure existing BI workspaces for maximum scalability and performance; you are expected to elevate what is already built.
• Advanced Data Modeling: Architect complex data models in Power BI utilizing advanced DAX, specifically mastering iterator measures (e.g., SUMX) and advanced calculated columns.
• Strategic KPI & Commission Logic: Translate complex business rules into automated dashboards tracking Sales KPIs, UPT-style metrics, and multi-tiered commission/collection scoring logic.
• Database Management: Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries against live production data, ensuring zero downtime and complete data integrity.
• ERP Systems Integration: Expertly map and navigate complex ERP data schemas, implementing rigorous incremental refresh protocols.
• Workflow Automation & AI Integration: Proactively embed AI tools into your daily coding and analytics workflows, and utilize Power Automate to eliminate manual reporting bottlenecks.
• Governance & Leadership: Enforce strict data governance, row-level security, and access controls while coordinating with a distributed remote reporting team.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in Data Analytics or BI Engineering.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Excel.
• Systems Architecture: Proven ability to instantly interpret and manipulate complex ERP data schemas.
• Language: Fully bilingual (Arabic/English) with impeccable written English for technical documentation.
• Startup Agility: Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Direct experience with Power Automate and employer-level AI workflow integration.

Schedule & Commitment

• Monday through Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM KSA time (includes a flexible 1-hour break).
• Saturday: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM KSA time (includes a 30-minute break).
• 12-month renewable contract.

Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£22,000.00 per month
