Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer – React / .NET MAUI / AWS

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a small, high-output engineering team. This cross-functional role spans web, mobile, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure. You will own features through development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting while collaborating directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Build responsive web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI, C#, XAML, and MVVM.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET/ASP.NET Core.
• Integrate APIs, databases, third-party services, and authentication solutions.
• Deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in AWS environments.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Participate in code reviews, Git workflows, CI/CD processes, testing, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, product owners, founders, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.

Required Experience

• 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Production experience owning applications or major features across web, mobile, backend, databases, and cloud environments.
• Professional experience developing and maintaining production applications using React, .NET/C#, and .NET MAUI.
• Production experience with AWS application deployment and cloud environments.
• Experience working with distributed teams and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Xamarin development or migration from Xamarin to .NET MAUI.
• Experience with JWT, OAuth, or OIDC authentication.
• Experience with additional Microsoft or cloud technologies.

Required Skills

• React / JavaScript / TypeScript: Production web application development, REST API integration, responsive design, HTML, and CSS.
• .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core / .NET MAUI: Full-stack and cross-platform development, RESTful APIs, XAML, MVVM, dependency injection, API integration, debugging, and deployment.
• AWS / SQL Server / Git: AWS deployment and troubleshooting, Microsoft SQL Server development, Git branching, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative workflows.
