Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established in-house Creative Studio. Reporting to the Creative Artwork and Digital Lead, this role is ideal for a motivated designer with a strong creative flair that enjoys working collaboratively and at pace.

We’re open to receiving applications from individuals who have worked in-house or agency side.

What will you do?

• Design on-brand creative concepts in response to briefs, proactively contributing ideas and creative solutions
• Work across multiple projects from concept to completion across digital and print. You may be developing product branding and packaging, digital content for our website and social media platforms, campaigns, icons and illustrations, whilst also getting involved in motion graphics and video creation
• Support on the maintenance of our digital asset management system
• Contribute to the wider creative team by sharing your knowledge and expertise
• Act as a guardian of the GAMA and Clinell brands, ensuring work is consistently high quality, accurate and aligned with brand guidelines

What will you need?

• A portfolio of work showcasing a variety of work across digital and print
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is essential
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing, using After Effects and Premiere Pro would be distinctly advantageous
• Strong illustration skills would be beneficial
• Solid working knowledge and proven portfolio of design best practices (i.e. composition, colour theory, layout, branding, typography, setting files up for print, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and an appreciation of the importance of accuracy
• To be a team player – this role will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work at pace, managing multiple, concurrent tasks, whilst proactively communicating progress to the team and key stakeholders
