About Us

We are a boutique migration agency established in 2015 in Brisbane, Australia. We provide onshore and offshore visa services to individuals and businesses, including sponsored, skilled, family, and permanent visa pathways.

We are seeking an experienced Migration Assistant to work directly with and support our Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) based in Australia.

This is a full-time, fully remote role at present. We expect the role to transition to on-site work once our office is established. The location and timing of that transition will be discussed with applicants during recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, lodging, and managing visa and citizenship applications
• Work directly with our Australia-based RMAs to prepare and manage visa and citizenship applications
• Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on visa options and eligibility
• Manage case files, documentation, and client records
• Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other authorities
• Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment
• Other related tasks

Key Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with Australian visa applications and supporting documentation
• Practical knowledge of Australian visa processes and document requirements
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when checking forms, dates and supporting evidence
• Clear written English and professional client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while working remotely
• A proactive approach and the ability to follow instructions, learn procedures and keep RMAs updated
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
