Responsibilities

• Develop data collection workbooks and client presentations.
• Collect and document technical architecture information.
• Obtain and implement contingency and test plans.
• Manage status communications.
• Execute, lead, and document all lessons.
• Plan and construct meetings to make effective use of time and achieving goals.
• Establish and present detailed roadmaps and reports.
• Track completion of delegated tasks.
• Measure status and progress to adjust plans as necessary.
