Role Overview

SuccessVisa is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and results-oriented Migration Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role requires a highly organized professional who can effectively lead and manage end-to-end migration operations with precision and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational workflows, ensuring strict compliance with immigration laws and regulatory requirements, and delivering a seamless, high-quality experience to clients. The position demands strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize processes while maintaining service excellence.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in migration or immigration operations, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of visa processes, immigration frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of visa categories and migration pathways, with particular expertise in student-to-permanent residency transitions.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and administrative capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in relevant systems and tools, including LEGENDcom, DoHA portals, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure, manage high-volume workloads, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a professional, client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily migration operations and ensure timely processing of applications.
• Ensure compliance with international immigration laws and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and government authorities.
• Monitor case progress and resolve escalations efficiently.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for management review.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
