In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful transition of clients from the legacy platforms to the new systems by providing system configuration support, client training, and ongoing guidance throughout the migration progress.

What You Will Do:

• Support the successful transition of clients from the legacy platforms to the new systems.
• Perform back-end system configuration and setup to ensure accurate implementation of client requirements.
• Conduct client training sessions and provide education on systems functionality, features, and best practices.
• Develop a deep understanding of our platform's capabilities to effectively engage clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

What You Bring to Table:

• Minimum of 2 years of expierence in payroll processing or implementation.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
