Migration Technical Lead - (KLCM)

Context

A leading global shipping and logistics company is launching its new AI Agentic Platform to govern, develop, host, orchestrate, secure, and execute multiple autonomous AI agents based on multi-agent architecture. This platform will become the foundation for enterprise AI transformation, enabling dynamic, intelligent collaboration across systems and teams. The first version of the platform is planned to be live mid-July, and existing Agentic Projects will need to migrate to this platform.

Missions

• Provide all necessary support to projects to migrate to the Agentic AI Platform (Customer Assistant, SCR, Agassi, MAIA).
• Produce guidelines documents on migration for projects (Confluence).
• Analyze issues and report results (Jira or ServiceNow).
• Plan tasks to support migration (Jira).
• Propose solutions.
• Develop CICD or other code if needed to assist projects.

Deliverable Reception

• Deliverable validation: Payment for deliverables is made only upon validation, not upon delivery.
• Deliverable acceptance: The company performs acceptance of deliverables from fixed-price services within a maximum of seven (7) working days to verify compliance with the purchase order and/or specific project conditions.
• Non-compliance notification: In case of non-compliance, the company must notify the supplier within twenty-one (21) working days from delivery. Failure to notify within this period results in automatic acceptance.
• Correction of non-compliances: The supplier must correct notified non-compliances and resubmit corrected deliverables for acceptance under the same conditions without additional cost within ten (10) working days.

Additional Information

• The proposal is fixed-price and deemed to include all mission costs.
• The supplier must specify in their proposal:
  • Human resources (profile/seniority) and associated charges
  • Detailed schedule with key milestones
  • Any additional deliverables if existing
  • Desired payment schedule

1. Strong professional English, French speaker is an advantage
2. 5 - 10 years in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or infrastructure
3. Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
4. 1+ years hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI platforms
5. Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps: CI/CD (GitLab CI, ArgoCD), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automated deployment, and model monitoring systems
6. Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
7. Experience with Google Cloud environments, including serverless computing, storage management, and scalable orchestration
8. Strong understanding of cybersecurity requirements and best practices, especially API / IAM (oauth/ permissions scope)
9. Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools
10. Problem solving skills
11. Cross-Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate multiple teams cooperatively
12. Able to work under pressure
