Mill Coordinator

With over 70 years’ experience – Pasta Foods is the UK’s only dried pasta manufacturer supplying a wide range of food sectors from canned goods, salads, instant, ready meals, foodservice, retail and wholesale customers.

We’re looking for a Mill Site Coordinator to offer support within the Mill whilst working alongside and training the existing team. Although primarily a daytime role, flexibility to cover shift-based positions during absences is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Champion health, safety and food-safety standards.
• Prepare SOPs, risk assessments and safety documentation.
• Follow up inspections and corrective actions.
• Support production planning, deliveries, collections and stock counts.
• Lead shift briefings and escalate operational issues.
• Provide cover across mill and laboratory roles when required.

You will ideally have manufacturing experience in a food environment, strong literacy and numeracy, and good Microsoft Office skills. You’ll be organised, reliable and calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
