What they need
- To ensure proper and timely unloading of wheat and closely monitoring of raw materials received and withdrawn and ensure that are weighed, quality controlled and stored properly according to wheat types and classification before processed for milling.
- To ensure that the wheat is properly cleaned, conditioned, tempered and meet the required quality parameters prior to milling operation and to maximize flour extraction.
- To ensure proper operation of roller mills and continuous flow of stocks through all dressing and purifying machines to maximize extraction of flour from wheat blend and ensure that products produced is within specified quality with correct dosage of additives.
- To ensure that the different type of quality flour, bran/pollard and specialty products are properly weighed, packed and sealed in their corresponding bags and based on the set specifications/ parameters.
