Mill Silo Operator

Position Summary: Responsible for the general and efficient operation of wheat intake, wheat recycling and transfer system.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Operates the wheat intake system in compliance to the standard intake rate, procedures and quality standard requirements.
2. Responsible for the proper transfer of wheat from the wheat silo to any of the raw bins in each of the three mills.
3. Assist that correct wheat is used; records all receipts and transfers and the types and tonnage of each type used of transferred wheat from one bin to another.
4. Ensures that the screenings filter and other pieces of equipment are correctly adjusted and cleaned regularly.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering or Vocational courses
• At least two (2) years experience in an industrial field
• Knowledge on PLC operation
• Computer literate
• Adept in problem solving
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Amenable to work on a rotational shifting schedule six (6) days a week at Bagong Ilog, Pasig City
