Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up milling machines as per production requirements.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform milling operations with accuracy and quality.
• Set cutting tools, workpieces, and machine parameters.
• Check dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper and micrometer.
• Maintain required quality standards and production targets.
• Identify and report machine or tooling issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the machine.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience as a Milling Machine Operator.
• Good knowledge of milling machine operations and cutting tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
